The following has been stated: -

•Section 2 lays down various definitions of terms like Academic Council and AIU.

•Section 3 specifies the Detailed Project Report.

•Section 4 specifies the Submission and Examination of the Detailed Project Report.

It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
